return and exchange
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you wish to return or exchange an item, you can do so within fifteen days of the date of purchase, if the item is unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged and in otherwise new condition. Please email us at email@example.com for return information and address prior to sending the merchandise back and include a copy of the invoice or receipt and a description of the desired item. We do not refund shipping charges.
No expiry date. Please keep the original store credit.
Orders placed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) will ship within four business days pending availability and credit verification. Note that ehloh is not responsible for any delays due to weather conditions, local delivery errors or international custom clearance.
domestic - Domestic ground orders are typically shipped free of charge via USPS Priority Mail - which usually delivers within three days for most destinations within the US. We can also accommodate specific shipping requests if you notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org. ehloh is not responsible for missing or stolen packages once delivered by USPS.
international - We ship internationally via USPS First-Class mail which can take up to two weeks for delivery depending on your location. We apply an $18 flat rate for international shipping. We can also accommodate trackable forms of shipment such as UPS if you prefer. ehloh is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.
